JP has been my friend for as long as I can remember — the kind of childhood friend who grows into family. He’s stood by my side through every high, every low, and all the ridiculous moments in between. JP is the person I can tell anything to, no judgment, just loyalty, laughter, and honesty. I’m incredibly grateful to have him as one of my best men and even more grateful to have him in my life.
Bob and I go all the way back to childhood, and he has always been the guy who brings the energy — the kind of energy that seems to defy all known laws of sleep. Is he ever tired? If he is, I’ve never witnessed it. He’s hilarious, wildly accomplished in his career, and the person who can carry a conversation in any group, at any hour.
I admire the love and longevity he’s built in his marriage, and I’ve always looked up to the steady, thoughtful side behind all that humor. And then there’s Bob’s collection of “grown-up gadgets and adventures.” Let’s just say if it’s fun, fast, or flashy, he probably owns it — and probably in multiples.
Best of all, he shares everything generously with friends and family. Bob brings excitement wherever he goes, and I’m grateful to have him standing with me on my wedding day.
We went from coworkers to instant friends to basically family. She’s my sunshine-loving, advice-giving ride-or-die who somehow still puts up with me ignoring her advice. Couldn’t do this day without her.
We’ve been friends since we were 15, and she’s been my go-to for all things love and relationships ever since. She’s basically the queen of a rock-solid, loving marriage with David, and when I grow up, I want a relationship just like theirs. Couldn’t tie the knot without her wisdom (and brutal honesty) by my side.
** Kaitlin – My Daughter, My Ride or Die **
Not long ago, I stood by Kaitlin’s side as the Mother of the Bride—now she’s returning the favor. She’s my daughter, best friend, and the one person who can handle my chaos with grace (and maybe a little sarcasm). If anyone can keep me calm and fabulous, it’s her.
**Father of the Bride — My Dad**
This will be the first time my dad gets to walk me down the aisle. My first wedding at 20 was short and sweet — no aisle, no big moment — so I’m thrilled to finally give him this one. And at 80 years young, I feel incredibly lucky he’s still kicking and still moving faster than the rest of us can keep up with.
My dad is funny, loyal, and dedicated to his family in a way that shows up every single day. He’s at the gym daily (just to remind us he’s tougher than he looks), and if something makes it onto his to-do list, you better believe it’s getting done before the ink dries. He’s the one who keeps our family connected, coordinating, and showing up — and he makes it look effortless.
He’s already become such a father figure to Lou, especially since Lou lost his own dad a few years ago. Lou *occasionally* borrows Dad’s tools — just enough for Dad to keep mental inventory — and when Lou asked him for permission to marry me, Dad said yes… though I’m pretty sure he enjoyed adding a little suspense to the moment.
Sharing this walk with him means the world to me, and I couldn’t imagine anyone more special to be by my side as I start this new chapter.
Making his wedding debut in style, Becky’s daughter's first child will be arriving in March 2026! While he may be too tiny to give a toast or tear up the dance floor (or even walk down the aisle...), he’s already stolen everyone’s hearts. We like to think of him as the tiniest (and cutest) member of the wedding party (escorted by Becky's son in law Alex) —and the best wedding gift we could ever ask for.
